talk to vendor and pay him off. sometimes if the vendor has multiple contractors working at the client, they will let it go as they do not want to jeopardize the bigger relation.

Non competent antey, client ki vaadu tappa ninnu evaru represent cheyyakoodadhu ani kadha.  i.e another vendor or your emp. Daaniki FT ki link undadhu.  and Vendor will not spoil his relation with client unless. ALso to consider is the scope of the agreement. Talk with your hiring manager about the legal issues. Scope ayyaka they will not extend your contract and initiate the FTE process in the meanwhile.
