Those waiting in line will keep on waiting...they wont do anything...dates wont move fast and you will have to wait atleast 10-30 yrs for your GC. 2. But they will give unlimited extensions (even with a new employer) of h1b based on approved I-140. so manaki em cheptunnaru ante..."memu GClu thondara ga ivvam...meeku opika unte entha sepu padithe antha sepu h1b meedha undandi... opika lekapothe desam vadiki vellipondi...maaku em farak padadhu" so mana options either stay on h1b till we get GC or die (whichever is earlier) or leave the country and go back to where we came from....
