real estate may take 30% hit

all businees hit by atleast 50%..

every one is pissed off with chakka bodi..

spending power went down drastically...banks are not in a position to offer better services for the masses..

It's good if real estate took a hit by 30%. There are millions working hard all try their life for that little roof over their head. It's good that most important factor of buaik was in India is land and that itself is coming down. It's a welcome thing for aspiring people who are thinking at new avenues. Definitely effected are the people who invested huge black money in real estate and pumped up prices to make gains and paying tax is a forgotten thing.

All the business are hit by 50% and continue to hit as long as they do not get over to alternate forms of payments and at the same time all the businesses which have understood the need for going cashless and made nessasary arrangements have recovered already and making gains than others. This is business and no charity and let market decide the fate after govt decided the new monetary policy.

Banks are not in a position to offer better services because they have been busy exchanging older more and handling longer queues outside the banks. The que lines hve become shorter and in the next few weeks, once they are done handling the que lines, one can expect better services and products from the banks.

Everyone are pissed off, but when people start realizing the need, then attitude changes. Poor housing schemes were announced and capital infusion of up to 2 crores with out collateral and govt's surety for SME's and massive interest rate cut on home loans and auto loans, middle class is the huge beneficiary of these things and enables on massive employment, and all these have happened in less than two months and people are pissed off with Modi.

70 years passed and people still don't have acceS to clean drinking water and when massive shake up of the system is being undertaken, less than two months and people are already pissed off.

Are the people who received interest rate cuts earlier this week pissed off as well with Modi ?

Stereotypes but can't help.
