Reason is that most of the Chinese can afford it whereas us people can't. no china students are federally funded.. all those students parents cannot afford car back in china.. I know many Chinese students who are funded by government under bond to return after education.. they also join unviersities thsat give them full funding.. china government aslo pay them for personal expenses.. so those guy enjoy to the maximum and return back.. some break the bond never to go back to china and live in usa.
