JANASENA Posted January 6, 2017 Report Posted January 6, 2017 ముంబయి: హెచ్1-బి వీసా ప్రోగ్రామ్లో మార్పులు చేస్తూ రూపొందించిన బిల్లును అమెరికా కాంగ్రెస్లో మళ్లీ ప్రవేశపెట్టడం దేశీయ మార్కెట్లపై ప్రభావం చూపింది. ముఖ్యంగా ఐటీ కంపెనీల షేర్లు కుదేలయ్యాయి. హెచ్సీఎల్ టెక్నాలజీస్, ఇన్ఫోసిస్, విప్రో, టెక్ మహీంద్రా, మైండ్ ట్రీ, పెర్సిస్టెంట్ సిస్టమ్స్, ఎంఫసిస్ కంపెనీల షేర్లు తీవ్ర ఒత్తిడికి గురయ్యాయి. శుక్రవారం నాటి బీఎస్ఈ ట్రేడింగ్లో ఐటీ రంగ షేర్లు 2.5శాతం పడిపోయాయి. హెచ్సీఎల్ టెక్నాలజీస్ 3.5శాతం, ఇన్ఫోసిస్ 2.5శాతం, టీసీఎస్ 2శాతం, విప్రో 2శాతంమేర దిగజారాయి. నష్టాలు చవిచూసిన ఈ కంపెనీల మార్కెట్ విలువ మొత్తం రూ.22వేల కోట్లు అని మార్కెట్ నిపుణులు తెలిపారు. హెచ్1-బి వీసా దుర్వినియోగానికి తాజా బిల్లు అడ్డుకట్ట వేస్తుందంటూ రిపబ్లికన్ నేతలు డారెల్ ఇసా, స్కాట్ పీటర్స్ ఈ బిల్లును కాంగ్రెస్లో ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. తక్కువ వేతనాలకే విదేశీయులను ఉద్యోగాల్లో నియమించుకోవడం ద్వారా అమెరికన్లకు ఉపాధిని దూరం చేస్తున్న సంస్థలపై చర్యలకు దోహదపడుతుందని వారు అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. హెచ్1-బి వీసాకు కనీస వేతనాన్ని రూ.67లక్షలకు(ఏడాదికి) పెంచడం, మాస్టర్స్ డిగ్రీ విషయంలో ఇస్తున్న మినహాయింపులను తొలగించడం వంటి మార్పులను ఈ బిల్లులో ప్రతిపాదించారు.
