I am on 5 th year of h1b and i hav perm approved with my current employer.

so malli ipudu pwd and perm apply cheyala and am i on a safe zone?

if your new employer is  going to start labour right after you transfer or with in 1 year .. there shouldn't be an issue ....

3yr ayelopu make sure ur new employer files ur gc,n u atleast have labor approved by then, so that further extensions ki u will b eligible
