[UPDATE] Need Help: Pay Hike gurinchi vendor gaadini adigithye no response

ani ippude vendor gaaadu mail kottadu. prasthutam naaku 45/Hr vasthondi. Ours is a long term project. 2.5 yrs nunchi no pay hike. So entha adagacho konchem cheppandi. 

FYI vendor gaadiki $67 client pay chesthadu and naaku vendor gaadu $45 pay chesthadu. Thanks all in advance.

 

 

1. 2014 Sep lo nenu join ayyanu. Idi naa modati udyogam. 

2. Join ayyi 6 months ayyindi, ala ala 1 , 2 yrs ayipoyindi. No hike inthavaraku. Naa salary share 65% naaku - 35 % vendor gaadiki. (65-35)

3. two months back hike immani adiganu appudu vendor gaadu manam alanti pay hike gurinchi agreement emi rasukolee ani annadu. Nenu shock ayyi shake ayyi adiga "Naa previous employer every 6 months ki ichevadu and its obvious kada ? atleast once in a year everyone gets pay hike" ani adiga. 

4. appudu naa manager gaadiki mail raasadu pay hike guirnchi. madhyalo follow-up emails kottanu emanna updates unnaya ani. starting lo response icchevadu. ippudu asala no response. ee vyavaharam gatha 2 months nundi nadusthondi.

5. Malli annadu client Per Hr entha penchithey daanilo vaadu share teesukoni appudu naaku isthadanta.

 

What are my options now. Pls adivce  Thanks all in advance.

When you have GC y stick with this vendor ? Go for other job, you have enough experience now...

Tellollu kada...rules and regulations follow avtharu..you can try go out for a lunch and discuss with him...give him an idea that if the hike doesn't workout u may think about changing job
