nee H1 already profit company tho pick aindi kabatti it does not matter, Yours is for profit H1

Just my knowledge : If you move from profit to non-profit, nothing is going to change...Everything remains the same..GC is not effected...SInce you were already counted towards the cap (1st time) if you transfer to profit/non profit, you will no longer need to wait for April/Oct as you already were counted once....But for the 1st time, if you were approved H1 with non-profit, you will have to go through the lottery process .  whereas GC remains un-affected if you have valid I-140 (retain PD)..GC is not related to H1B profit/non-profit.
