• Air India 3rd, not bad at all. Except a few educated, Indians are dirty/unhygenic and they don't care or not even know the difference. Even in America the IT guys who makes six figures are walking around in 99c T shirts and 99c sandals. You can lead a horse to the water but you can not make him drink.

      Tom, what you say is your opinion and we all know about opinions and rectal orifices - everyone has one. In my opinion, most American women walk around like they cannot even afford 99c clothes - real short, tight skirts and cheap ghetto-high heels. And women in Colorado were campaigning for rights to walk around topless! Indian men need to be more chivalrous and lend their 99c clothes to American women so that they cover themselves better!!!!

      Paddy, sadly what he states is true IMO. I work with and have a lot of Indian friends and most of them don't appear to understand the concept of using deodorant.

  I a surprised its not the worst, given how all the Indians I work with perform their jobs-lying, cheating, pointing fingers to others to shed any responsibility. They wreck everything they are involved in. One plant I worked at, the Indians tore it up so bad the FDA hit them with a Consent Decree.

Delta is one of the ten best? I've flown Air India and Delta, and Air India was definitely better. Delta has the smallest seats of any airline, bar none.

I'm from India and agree with this article...Air India service sucks. Many Indian passengers are uncivilized and smelly. Don't understand why they can't spend $2 on a deodorant
