*) Tmobile gets more from Fandango coz lot of ppl used it through Tmobile... and also gets requests from other franchises to put in some offers through Tmobile.

*) more customers for T-Mobile through this...

Fandango gets some share coz Tmobile used it for their customers..

Distributors gonna get money coz somehow somebody paid them their money for every ticket..

overall win win situation for all..
