అమరావతి: తెలుగువారి పెద్ద పండగ సంక్రాంతి సంబరాలు ఘనంగా ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. భోగి పండుగ సందర్భంగా శుక్రవారం తెల్లవారుజామునే గ్రామగ్రామాన ప్రజలంతా మేల్కొని భోగి మంటలు వేశారు. చిన్నారులు, యువత మంటల చుట్టూ తిరుగుతూ ఆటపాటలతో సందడి చేశారు. యువతులు సంప్రదాయ వస్త్రధారణతో మెరిశారు. రంగవల్లుల మెరుపులతో తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లోన్ని ప్రతి ఇంటా సంక్రాంతి శోభ సంతరించుకుంది.
