JANASENA Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 జమ్ము: సరిహద్దుల్లో కాపలా కాస్తున్న జవాన్లకు సరైన భోజనం అందట్లేదని తేజ్ బహదూర్ అనే జవాను ఆన్లైన్లో వీడియో ద్వారా వెల్లడించిన నేపథ్యంలో అధికారులు రంగంలోకి దిగారు. పలువురు అధికారులు కమిటీగా ఏర్పడి సరిహద్దు భద్రతా దళానికి (బీఎస్ఎఫ్) చెందిన క్యాంటీన్లు, స్టోర్లపై దాడులు చేస్తున్నారు. ఆహార నాణ్యతను పరీక్షిస్తున్నారు. అంతర్జాతీయ సరిహద్దుల్లో ఉంటున్న జవాన్లకు ఎలాంటి ఆహరం అందుతోందనే అంశంపై దృష్టి పెట్టారు. ఆహార పదార్థాలు కొనడం దగ్గరి నుంచి జవాన్లకు చేరేవరకు చాలా జాగ్రత్త తీసుకుంటామని, ప్రతి జవాను అవసరాన్ని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుంటామని బీఎస్ఎఫ్ చెప్తోంది. సరిహద్దు పోస్ట్ల వద్ద బీఎస్ఎఫ్ కిచెన్లలోనే ఆహారాన్ని తయారు చేస్తామని జమ్ములో ఓ అధికారి తెలిపారు. అంతర్జాతీయ సరిహద్దుకు సమీపంలో ఆర్ఎస్ పురలో ఉన్న మెస్లోని మెనూలో రోటీలు, చేప, జున్ను, పప్పు ఉంటాయని చెప్పారు. ప్రతి జవానుకు తప్పనిసరిగా కనీసం 3వేల కెలోరీలు అందిస్తామని, ఎత్తైన ప్రదేశాల్లోని పోస్ట్లో ఉంటున్న వారికి 3,600 కెలోరీలు అందిస్తామని చెప్పారు. వారికి అదనంగా ఎండుఫలాలు, తేనె, టిన్నులో నిల్వ ఆహారం చేరవేస్తామని చెప్పారు. ఆహారం చాలా నాణ్యతతో తయారుచేస్తామని, కమాండెంట్ రూపొందించిన మెనూను అనుసరిస్తామని ఆర్ఎస్ పురాలో పనిచేసే జూనియర్ అధికారి చెప్పారు. ఆహార నాణ్యతపై జవాన్ల ఫిర్యాదుల చాలా తక్కువ అని తెలిపారు. అయితే కొన్ని చోట్ల వారి ఫిర్యాదలు కొట్టిపారేయలేమన్నారు. ఎత్తైన ప్రాంతాల్లో ఉండేవారికి ఇబ్బంది ఉండొచ్చని చెప్పారు.
