But the problem with this new rule is we don't know if Trump will reverse all these provisions. Better wait till end of this year and move if possible.. My attorney is saying that there is a good chance that Trump will remove all these executive actions/Immigration rules that were approved in the last 2 years.. They already have the full list including H4-EAD and I140-EAD Quote
