yes old emp I140 use chesukoni enni H1 extensions ayina apply cheyyochu.

side note: Old emp can still remove your I140 for fraud or other things. in that case you cannot use it.

current employer tho i140 unte ne 485 ki eligible as per knowledge..  h1 ext is different than filling 485.

At the same time oka vela 140 approve ayyi, 6 months lopala ne manam jump kodithe, still nee employer manchodu ayyi and nee 140 revoke cheyyakapothe, you can still use it for same purposes as the first one. Correct ?
