Next ade bro 2 miles challenge and captain America workout regime chedam ani chustunna for 6 weeks got valuable inputs from draper ankul on diet. So will concentrate on that.

Wanted to gain weight by 10 pounds and also be fit. Suggest some good exercise programs and food that can make this possible in a span of 3 months.

Neither gained weight nor lost but physical changes like chest, arms got well defined. Back gurinchii emi telidu bro asalu motham measurements sarigga emi tesukoley. Esari captain America workout trying for 6 weeks motham measurements tesukoni I will work.
