you can manage the investment.. usually company oka stock broker tho link ayyidhi.. create portfolio with them.. you can talk to them.. they have to help you by law..

maa company fidelity tho link and aa fidelity lo limited to  particular stocks or bonds, investment option untundi...

 

so first set up chesukunappudu domestic and bonds lo ekkuva percentage undela chuskoni invest chesa...

94 % stocks,  6% bonds. Euro pacific fund killed me in 2016 due to brexit.

Additional 4% every year is wonderful. I would max out every year..

Yes, pension makes our benefits best in the industry (as far as i know).
