Us ochaka I want to use h4 ead instead of H1Â So now if my employer withdraw / revoke my h1b , in future nenu cap lo vuntana or malli lottery lo pick avvala H1 ? Â Quote

( h1 deny iyyindi first , employer MTR filed .. india poi h4 meeda camed .. trvata mtr approved with cos denial )  approval copy lo consulate ki poi h1 epinchuko annadu .. kani situations valla india poledu and aa h1 1 yr ae vachndi so last sept ki expire iyyindi ..  Epdu aa approval copy use cheskoni h1 transfer petkovacha from h4 to h1 now ..  adhi cap exempt kinda vastubnda  Quote
