Passport Renewl Question-Help Needed

Recommended Posts

My passport gets expired on June 2017. I have applied for H1b extension in December 2016. My H1b got expired on Dec31st 2016. I am on Receipt now. Is there any way to renew my passport without 797? Is there any option like "Pending approval at USCIS" while submitting application for Passport?

Bro!! U need to produce an affadavit mentioning your I-797 is pending approval and the affadavit has to be signed by 2 green card holders of Indian origin!!

my suggestion: wait for your I-797. You can renew your passport in 2 weeks
