I am on Receipt now. Is there any way to renew my passport without 797? Is there any option like "Pending approval at USCIS" while submitting application for Passport? Quote

U need to produce an affadavit mentioning your I-797 is pending approval and the affadavit has to be signed by 2 green card holders of Indian origin!! my suggestion: wait for your I-797. You can renew your passport in 2 weeks Quote
