The collective weight of foreign satellites will be nearly 500kg. Russia and US.. can launch.. 1000 satellite's. India still can not launch heavy satellite like Russia,USA. We dont have such technology.Other reasons we charge very low price to launch satellite's .. basically india does piggy bagging and low cost bcoz of indian resources. India is getting better...and trying... Quote
