last time united AP lo YSR 5% reservation isthe ne Supreme Court cancel chesthe, 4% tho saripettukunadu..

Kerela lo they are implementing i think not sure, but 15% minority vundi and country lo adi highest muslim reservation percentage and it was accorded as per the population eprcentage.

KCR is presently studying how it was implemented in Kerela..but in reality, enni amendments chesina, It won;t be implemented and even if it is implemented, It will be struck down by court. 

So..its just an election stunt to appease muslim minority which form major chunk in T population.

Ledu dude...in some others .. they already giving it... in according to supreme court also its valid.. indirectly .. constitute approval kuda ..so this is possible,.....  kontha mandhi case vastharu...but finally it will work..in some other states they already giving % to minorities  ...

Yeah, in some states, its possibility where the minority population is very high, like in Kasmir where minioiryt is as higha s 60%, Kerela..so a states lo migita quotas teesesi, ade quota lo muslims ki icharu, keeping the overall maximum reservation status at mandated 50%...no one has crossed that quota.

In Telangana, already 4% existing vundi...it was earlier 5% and struck down by supreme court and it stands at 4%. So, if KCR has to give 12% quota to only muslims, then he has to cut down on SC/ST and OBC/minority quota which is much more trickier. 

Reality endante, uninanimously resolution pass chesina, adi deniki panikiradu...before it takes a proper shape, too many legal hurdles and minority population percentage is very high on in and aropund Hyd...migita regions lo still sparse ...so, its an eelction stunt..and with central govewrnment stricly againmst any kind of quota increases or quota correction, tough to implement 12%...
