Oh  I misunderstood your question. 

Yes 8 years ayindi H1B meeda, putting Canadian PR application as a back up bro. Had hopes on MAVNI but MAVNI officially bisketted now so best to have a plan B. That's why as part of the application for PR it's good to have a good IELTS score, so focusing on that for now.
