Its just memo..As said by Dara, they are draft EO's and no one knows  validity of it.. If you think, just revoking OPT and H4's will increase your billing, it's just foolishness. If this happens, there will be no contract positions who will hire H1's on C2C.  They will screw EVC model. He will tighten both the categories and even before that he will do something on H1 which will limit H4 EAD's and OPT's. But it's a long way to go as they have to do rule-making for H4's and OPT's which takes between 6-12 months. RIght now he is onto DACA as it's an EO and H4 /OPT"s are not EO's. Biggest worry is the wall which will take 16 years to complete 2000 mile wall and it takes 25 billion dollars and 2 billion to maintain it for evey year which is practically impossible.. Guess what, he will be charging it from all of us.
