Depends on team man, I did not have phone call. Direct f2f from 8-3PM. 8 ppl interview me including HR with different teams andulo almost 2 teams full technical 2 hrs tortured. As I was experienced I did not have any issues man.

 Usually f2f will be very tough man, not sure abt your exp.
