as long as you dont have kids going school.. I prefer to run for money for every 6 months... 20$ per hour and 40 grand per year makes lot of difference.

$60 for 5 years is lot better..

rather than facing uncertainity, its better to sit at one place for 5 years and you might be losing out pay hikes and other lucrative options but say if you have are moving 5 times over 5 years, thats an expense..

and positive side of being in one place is that you get to know lot people around you and local contacts, employers, connections and after 5 years, you wouldnt find that tough to find another job in same location...you will become kind of local..

so, my advise, take the 60 dollar thingy....
