For H1's it might take 1 year and beyond as they have to look at all bills being introduced in the Congress and see which one is beneficial to US workers. THey won;t go with 100k as it won;t pass in Congress ...As said most likely it will be based on wage based -- starting from 200% more than prevailing wage and 20% reserved for start-up.. With so many bills we don;t know which one is going to be passed.
