I used autopay , never saw the price initially was 9.99 dollars and with taxes some where around 19 or 20 vachedi , 

for 2 years it is 25 dollars and paying close to 40 , when i saw the  money i think i payed lot of money without using much

There is slight delay - may be in milli seconds 

Only one can call at given time (means when some one is calling from cell1 you cant make a call from cell2 until cell 1 finishes ) so this is sharing but not sharing.
