@bhaiganbayya maa friend gadidi similar case. maa vadu pharmacy lo chesadu MS. Contracting job chesthunde software lo, deny ayindi education match avaledu ani. mee vadi laga rfe padi deny ayindi. Vedu MTR ki vellado ledo teliyadu. Next year same client (vendor unnado teliyadu) tho valla employer vere company dwara vesadu ee sari kuda RFE padindi kani maa vadu client letter old di submit chesadu (kothadi kuda echaru, documentation lo confuse ayyi last year di pettadu) adi submit chesaka approval vachindi. inthakuminchi naku details teliyavu.

1st H1 RFE denial  enti ante march 2016 lo h1 file chesaru maa vadu may lo job lo join ayyadu( 2nd job opt to h1) . Client emo may 2016 date tho client letter ichadu. veedu dani edit cheyakundane submit chesadu so rfe padindi aa gap(march h1 file date and may client joining date di) ni prove cheyamani adigadu , attorney em cheyaleka chetulu ettesadu h1 deny ayindi. Malli MTR apply chesaru still status going on. so adi h1 rfe and denial

ippudu enti ante  ee year lo malli kotha h1 file chesthunnaru with same client letter , uscis vadi daggara already inko h1 application undi from company a ee sari company b dwara inko h1 application chesthunnaru, so 2 client letters and 2 simultaneous applications valla malli deny ayye chances unnaya annade naa question ?

emanna issues vasthaya ? is there any possibilty USCIS can reject his second h1 also ?

 

In my opinion, you can apply with same client letter and vendor letter and same package and this time have solid documentation around the reason they gave for denial, whatever that is.

 

Having same job and documents mean you still have the job and vendor and client have done their part by updating the employer name on their letters and looks like they are trying to keep you. Which is good.
