thirigi thirigi mana deggarike vastharu malli and will paymore this time. No company will loose you if you are doing good enough job, they don't f*cking care about nationality. it takes a lot of time to train and technology industry moves rapidly.

with outsourcing tax and lack of talent here. I see more H1b people coming here on a higher pay rate. At least the ones that have talent .

It would be nice , if trump can do damage to these consultancies actually helping H1b people.
