unless otherwise your parents are planning to build a home to live for themselves, safe neighbourhood ( no slums nearby ) water  etc aithene teesko.

 

otherwise invest that money in building second third floor where you have full water flow and give rent

I was planning to buy a aprmtnet for 30 lakhs

1 year ago.. after 12 months planned to buy and asked through other relative just to find if apartment value increased or not.. found out.. he is selling for 24 lakhs because no one came forward.

yeah apartment already undi baa.. investment purpose ki baa ee plot kondamani

Water supply is key. Bought an apt for 20 lakhs 3 years back. No one is buying now because of water problem. Struggling to lease too.
