I got a contracting opportunity with my desi employer and the he wanted to file a new LCA as the new contracting opportunity was in a diff state very soon. will this would be a problem? if i have anew LCA/amendment and H1b transfer at the same time? New LCA/Amendment _ desi employer new LCA/ h1B transfer - FTE Please help Quote

Inka paper work start kaledu. My desi employer said he will start to file LCA for new location. At the same time my FTE company prepared all my paper work for h1 transfer and wil send my application to uscis on Feb 07. Do you know the pros and cons if my desi employer file LCA/Amendment and my FTE employer files h1b transfer at the same time? Quote
