Naa story chepthaa vinuko -

exten applied -just 20 days bfr expiry- two rfe 's- maa vodu sakka reply ivvale - dengapettadu- so exten -denied- idanthaa ayye lopu - naa i94 expired and i was stilll good 2 wrk based on the pending application until denial

fyi ... we are good to wrk until 280 /240days even after expiry based on ur pending docs or supporting docs. ( i came to know this when uscis denied my pwtition asked for reason abt my status after the expiry and above was fhe reason our attorney pointed) plse note above is valid until ur denial.

2) so after denial - stopped wrking- once denied ur oout of status, and hve to exit d country ! - after reaching out few attorneys - techinicaly we can stay 180 days however not suggested to do so.

my case - even after denial- i applied new h1 - no mtr applied -still in usa- so its fresh h1- again same process- finally approval came but no i94- have to go for stampiing - all this i did being usa within 180 days- finay wnt to canada - VO asked why out of status- told- blah blah- replied -ok have to further review -gave 221g - 70 days had fun in canada. Finally cleared and came to usa. All this sht happend last year and enterd usa in october.

my suggestion: if denial is on ur way- dn plse make arrangements to exit if single!! And make sure u apply h1 again and leave d contry . Do not utilize 180 days leave before that.

If ur with family u can reason the same for ur overstay.

and finally- fyi- if stayed morethan 180days, there is a 5 yr ban i guess look for forums/websites for the ban period. 

 

All the above scenaioris are well executed by me and faced in person and kind f frsutated d way our lives dictated by so calld fckeking mplyers.

Kaani one thing nerchukkuna - okk sari comfort zone lo munchi vasthe actual manam ento telustundhi - i had met few friends and took intiative to make friends - idhi. Naa life lo higlight- kind of resrvd person- but chnged - went tours in canada-with new friends-freqwnt visits to cofee shops and restaurants- habituated and ofcurse helpmed me to customize order  ! And very helpful ... northies unde - ekkuva canada lo- but was very helpful - still i miss them. 

 

Frustated - hotel reservations near consulate were all booked and have to keep on moving due to pre- booking- 

okkosari cities move ayyetappudu- food anthaa wrk out avvadhu !! Luckily ekalingam kabbati anthaa issue lekunde- but have sen people waiting wt their families 😭😭
