Non IT jobs for H4 EAD

Lets assume Tump still keeps h4 ead, what are the options in Non-IT for them? I have no plans to put my wife in IT. 

I don't care about pay. I feel like working and interacting with many people help her know the outside world. Also it gives some freedom and do whatever they want with money they earn.
