home equity loan anedi...for first houses 20 % down cheyadaniki istharu....that way to avopid PMI

basically you are taking two loans on same house ...one is regular mortgage and the other is home equity loan...

I donno.. but one of my colleage bought his second house with 5% downpayment and the PMI is avoided for him.. donno what that concept is..
