whom do i need to contact for this (company HR/attorney) and what papers do I need to submit?

Nee employer daggara employment verification letter / offer letter, nee pay stubs, W2, bank statement, invitation letter, form i-134 pampu vallaki

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE CANDIDATE:

1. Passport, (valid at least six months beyond the intended duration of stay).
2. Visa fee receipt issued by HDFC Bank and interview appointment letter.
3. Original signed visa application forms DS-160
4. Photograph –passport size, 50mm*50mm
5. If you are retired then show pension and retirement befits documents.
6. If you are working then “NO Objection” letter form the employer.
7. If you are working then latest salary slip with income tax returns.
8. If you are doing business then carry 2-3 years I.T. returns & your company documents like visiting card, company profile etc.
9. Carry passport photocopy / XII std mark sheet photocopy / Degree certificate / employment letter of other children who are staying in India
10. Affidavit of Return from the visitors
11. To and Fro Air Tickets with validity for min 3 months (if possible)
12. Charted Accountant Statement declaring all the assets and incomes ( if the visitor is sponsoring himself)
13. Bank statement with six months transactions in the name of the visitor
14. To carry all the property documents in original with them.

DOCUMENTS: if the sponsor is from USA

• Passport Xerox Copy All pages
• Document stating the relationship of the sponsor with the visitor
• Sponsor VISA STATUS copy
• Paystubs
• Salary Slip of Sponsor (Income Tax returns).
• Bank Statement (6 months) & Certificate stating the balance of the sponsor.
• Affidavit I – 134 of the sponsor.
• Invitation letter inviting the visitors and highlighting the purpose of the visit.
• Letter addressing to Embassy at Chennai / Hyderabad / New Delhi / Kolkata to grant visa to visitors.
