It provides start up environment and a common place for venture capitalists, where ideas meets innovation which needs funding...

Its a common market place for like minded start up guys, if you have a product and you need funding, youc an get it there and at the same time chance to improve your product too..

As it a governnment initiative, first and foremost government PSU's ae vastayi and DRDO has awesome projects FYI...their order book is worth $40 Billion and perfect recipe for a start up...and so is CCMB, has the best available data for health behaviourial changes and extemely useful for health informatics...

Does it mean CCMB and DRDO will provide any necessary data and stuff to build my startup in those domains ?

PSU's are there to sponsor man,  they shouldn't be in portfolio list
