New passport renewed for 10yrs question plz

My old  passport admit date for i-94 is updated only till july-2nd 2017 the date which my old passport is being expired so HLS vadu only a date varaku ichadu admit date but i have stamping on my passport till july 2018. 

Does that mean nenu July 2nd tarvatha malli us border bayatiki velli poe lo stamping cheyinchukoni ravala with my new passport to get my I-94 updated?

My new passport has been issued with a start date of Feb 9th 2017 with 10yrs of renewal.

Exactly same situation!! CBP office vellina.. update chesthademo ani i94 .. border cross cheyali before i94 expires annadu and Mexico Canada min 30 days stay chesthene new i94 istharu anta!!! Is this true ? Experts advise plz!!

you are fine. you can go to the nearest border CBP with old and new passport and they will get you a new I-94 within hours. So one day thing, people in texas travel to a border near mexico and get this done. Oka veela india travel unte automatic ga return to update ayyipoddi

If you are on H1B nee I 94 nee I 797 A lo untadi kada adi expiry date Passport renewal ki I 94 ki link enti i didnt' understnad throw some light naku recently got kotha passport. When you go out of country u carry two passports always to show valid visa stamping if you have one which is not expired yet.

This doesnt have to do anything with new passport.. basic ga old passport expiry varake i-94 validity icharata for TS.

CBP office ki velte chestaru ani andaru cheptunnaru kani thats not going to work.. nenu try chesa vadu passport expiry kottadi vaste maadi kadu problem, okavela memu amina tappuga iste i-94 expiry date appudu ekkada chestam and looks like yours is not that the case so you have to cross the border ani manchiga cheppi venakki pampadu..

For h1b, this seems to be an issue, However when I check CBP website, its good to go on f1 status and OPT as long as the status is being maintained..

for h1b, we need to make an appiontment at the land border...

na personal experience clear ga chepta ..........nenu 2015 feb lo india velli return vachinappudu poe lo na i94 only na pp expiration date varaki ichadu...na i797 matram inka ekkuva validity vundi pp kanna.....poe lo officer nuvvu out of country velli ravali ani cheppadu clear ga...........nenu malli april lo india vella appudu poe lo officer i94 date na i797 match chesi ichadu............manchivadu nannu save chesadu na case lo out of country vellalsina paniledu........i797 renewal tho i94 kothadi vastadi which is normal for most of them.................same time lo ma frnd ki reverse jargindi............so vadu last nov lo india velli vachadu i94 update chesukovatam kosam......vadiki india velle pani vunde so india velladu also FTE em issues vundavanukoni..................so ippudu decide avvandi what to do what not to do ani...........
