he said he will clear by this month 1 week. we are trying from month first and he is not reachable, blocked numbers..no advise me i am on it. 

 

first step to reach DOL about misuse of timesheets ? not paying money for approved time sheets ? 

then look for civil lawyers

We doubt he is going to bankruptcy..So decided to put reviews or collection agency or local Congress man or anything which effects his business..

7k ivvali  actual ga employer ki full rights untayii ilanti situation lo it's sure shot to win but mana desi vaalu enduku EE gola Ani ltt tssukuntaru kaani hard earned money kada naaku ikkada long term plans levu so anduke trying..Vaadu kanisem courtesy lekunda block chesdu no reply.

If it's simple to complaint to dol abt time sheets abuse let the legal system takes its own course Ani naa feeling.. Reviews, discussion boards lo possible Telugu media ki chebudamani..

He has to face some music..Don't know how far employer stand with me..anduke ikkada aduguthunna..If employer thinks he can sue him..But manavaalu think chestharu as route because of legal hassles..

last week call cheste etha kunda you will get your money in few days ani text chesadu...few days enni ra...1 week time adigav its over and vendor also confimed that they made the payment 2 weeks back ante reply ledu...2 days back call cheste ee week padtai annadu...sare enta padtai ante reply ledu...i have no hopes i will get the deposit this week as well...eena kodukulatho follow ups cheskodame pani kadu kada...so docs ready chestunna ....repu friday lopala deposit cheykapote monday dolki complaint file chesta...and once that happens i will schedule something with the attorney to see what my options are

Don't waste time go the labor lawyer in your concern state . ASAP don't waste ur time here bro . You'll get  2000000 different answers so it will make u more confuse state
