PUT AN FOIA REQUEST FOR I140 WITH USCIS AND GET U R I140

Nen cheshna man. Download the form from uscis and fill it and send it. They will send you a cd which will have all the documents. Keep in mind they don't send you the approval copy of 140 but copy of 140 application form which is used at the time of application and there will be a APPROVED stamp on it. It will take 4-6 months.

Foia request for i140 copy it takes atleast 3 months to get approximately

If you have receipt number for i140 petition that should be fine too for extension i think

H1 transfer ki I140 receipt and approval copy adigadu maa attorney, without that documents they were not moving forward to send the petition to USCIS.

Also this is needed if your H1 6 yrs term aipothey. If not then you can go for H1 transfer without I140 approval notice and try your luck.

Recipt number is enough, no need of approval copy as they will check recipt and know if its approved or not, my friend got extension with receipt number if i remember correctly
