PERM processing time ?

Employer starting GC process, attorney says it takes about 1.2 years for PERM. Does it take that much time ? He says Wage determination and advertisement takes 9-10 months to complete. Can a company use old wage determination for my GC ? How much old wage determination holds good ? 

Any employer who does it immediately on joining ? Any ways to speed up so that I can get I-140 in 1 year ?

6months to 6 yrs

It took 6 months for me.

PWR ki 2-3 months, ad and others process ki 1-2 months and also depends on how fast your attorney does things.

PW ki 3 months...Ads 1.5 ...PERM 4 mnths...total 9 months

Yes it may.

 

if you are lucky your perm can get cleared in 6 months

Present situation :   PWD (wage ki)  3- to 4 months ;    recruitment process depends on your company and process ( 2-to 3 months)  and labor 3-to 4 months . and depends on ur attorny how fast they do , i 140 u can do in premium ..
