only thing he does is go on election rallies all the time. No policy proposals, No reforms. nothing. 

He has also pushed hindi on others, and taken away lot of state rights through new Aadhar implementations (some of it are the faults of the state too).

ofcourse, some of it may turn out to be good for southern states in the long run, but ideal solution is to replace the idiot at the top, and bring some sanity into what state center relations should be.

its a stereotype that elite southerners have propagated. It has some truth in it. 

overall infra is bad in the north. Punjab (not recently), and Haryana are exceptions.
