Orginal document missed...not sure i or my employer has a copy of it...

Can I file for dupilicate copy for it and then can send that copy for h4 visa stamping and poe...verification during return...?

Who ever is going for visa stamping valla 797 original kavvali.. since you are primary nidi copy untey saripotundi.. You don't need to give your original h1b document to your spouse.

Check your email. Ni employer niku pampinchi untadu for your spouse's signature on the form.
