1. Eat fiber rich food - (Fiber rich antey all green vegetables, boiled peanuts, Kidney beans)

2. Add fruits to your diet plan - (apple, banana, pears, straw, blue and rasp berries)

3. Drink lots and lots of water - (I drink tap water and sometimes bottled water)

4. Avoid frozen and processed food. (Nenu Organic food tinta and vegetables kooda organic market nunchi teesukosta. regular stores ki organic stores ki bill lo $20 kantey ekkuva teda radu)

5. Walk for abt 30-45 mins daily

6. Don't smoke or drink (Idi mee chethilone undi)

7. Eat less spicy, salty and oily food. (means avoid biryanis)

buy a kettle for having food water. Boiling thru kettle is easy. gets done 3-4 mins. Pour into a copper jug(After cooling down) and drink.

reduce Salt in your food. main culprit for all cravings

exercise..its good and best

eat sprouts, dryfruits, fruits and green. approach food in a different way than in biryani/curry way

night carbs avoid chesi... 70% greens leafy salad and 20% protien tinali and 10% mono and poly saturated fats tinali.... once or twice in month is ok to have carbs..
