Credit score is 730...! Score and history are two different things. Just because your credit score is high, doesn't mean it will open gates to higher credit limits. 

If you have a card of $5000 and in good health, with this score of 730, you can expect initial limit of $6-7000.

history is how you have managed your credit previously and other factors like length of history and lines of history matters a lot.
