Problem em undadu ....you don't need to dissuss with old employer vs new employer,....transfer approve ayyaka join Avvu....a tharuvatha neku amendment tho em use undadu...personal  experience

Amendment withdraw ki lawyer oka letter rasi uscis ki post cheyyali. It takes lot of time to process. So nuvvu kotha employer ki cheppu amendment process lo undani and give them receipt of amendment. Then kotha employer lawyer h1 transfer gurinchi chebtadu em cheyyalo. 

Everything clear ga cheppu kotha employer ki. Nuvvu kotha job offer miss kaku. I think kotha employer lawyer will suggest you to transfer h1 first using currently approved h1 document and then once you moved to here then your old employer lawyer will send amendment withdrawal letter to uscis, it may take from 3 months to 6 months to withdraw( experienced with withdrawal here they don't respond fastly on withdrawal letter).

First You pay for premiumum and get the h1 transfer done in 2 weeks. once h1 transfer ayipoyaka tell your old employer about this.
