H1B Transfer while amendment in progress

I think kotha employer lawyer will suggest you to transfer h1 first using currently approved h1 document and then once you moved to here then your old employer lawyer will send amendment withdrawal letter to uscis, it may take from 3 months to 6 months to withdraw( experienced with withdrawal here they don't respond fastly on withdrawal letter).

First You pay for premiumum and get the h1 transfer done in 2 weeks. once h1 transfer ayipoyaka tell your old employer about this.

Never hide anything at lawyer or doctor. 

Nuvvu cheppakapothe uscis vadiki teliyadanukunnava pending lo amendment petition undani. always give accurate information man. Work site Location change ayindi kabatti existing approved h1 petition lo worksite location update cheyadaniki amendment file chesavu kada.  ippudu inka lite theesko continue with whatever you said and upgrade it to premium process. Once h1 transfer approved then inform to old employer and tell him to withdraw pending amendment petition.  

Or tell your new employer that your employer filed h1 amendment due to worksite location change but again you went to old client's place but amendment still in process and give receipt number of amendment. But this is not correct advise so you have to talk to lawyer or new employer.
