Yes 80-20 ivvali. For how many years he makes larger margin man? When there is no expenses then he enjoys with lots of profits, when there is amendment expenses then he start talks about his expenses and all. Employer should not charge for these things for employees who are working for them from many years.

you know how much english vendors keep in between????? not less than $10-$15, they won't do anything just passing client money to employer....but we don't have guts to ask them.....we will cry on employers.....in that 20% they are paying payroll taxes, h1b fees, extension fees, amendment fees........80-20 is not at all larger margin
