Multiple H1b Petitions in Lottery

USCIS considers all petitions as one or treats each one differently ?

Any incident when a person applied with 2-3 consultants and one selected other did not ? I saw this with many people that all their petitions were selected. How it is possible for all the petitions to be selected -- too less probability .

You mean ppl who file with mutiple petioions- either none or all was approved ?

I mean any incidence where someone applied for 2-3 petitions and few got picked in lottery. Like applied for 2 and 1 got picked in lottery. What I heard is if they apply for 2 , both are picked in lottery or none are. Did not heard a case when 2 were applied and one got selected. With over 2,00,000 petitions and 65K limit it is very remote probability that both the petitions get picked in lottery. I heard one guy who had 3 petitions and all of them were picked in lottery.

Yeah its lottery but USCIS may group petitions by Passport # and Country , this would give them unique petitions.

Talking about genuine cases where consultancies apply in real and not just on paper .

2 applied for first year, 3 applied for second year --- none of them got picked
