Reservations is the most confusing and the most controversial topic.. ee concept mana India loney kaadu.. even in developed countries like USA we see it.. remember for native indians in USA.. all the lucrartive casino businesses are to be owned and run by natives.. they have a huge community.. and control almost everything.

Mana daggara reservations are everywhere.. eductation system/public service jobs/hospitals etc etc.

Ippudu enta sepu manam caste ni base chesukoni reservations gurinchi maatladataam.. did we ever try to look from the monetary perspective..

there can be a SC/ST student who gets about 75% marks.. and an forward caste students who gets 90%.. still the preference goes to the SC/ST student.. idey example lo if the SC/ST student comes from a well off family (settled) he still crosses the other forward caste student. On the other hand, the forward caste student might be on the weaker side in finances. So who's winning here?

Why do we need reservations on premier institutes like IIT/IIM?


Mahamahulu have started up the reservations concept after looking at the atrocities then.. keeping in mind all citizens are equal. Did we change any equation.. we still use the terms Lower Caste and Upper Caste.. (even I had to use Forward Caste.. coz nothing rang in my mind to say other than that).

We still have so many naadus based on each caste...politicians have injected the caste feeling in our blood and its there in us like an instinct. ikkada kooda evado okadu edo kootha koostaadu.. and we have people yelling.. scolding their PARENTS/family members...

I guess all of us in this group fall under that 18-30 bracket.. meaning we have are the generation which is going towards the new beginning.. manamey.. ey vishayaanni orpu tho vyaharinchukunda koorchuntey.. inka mana disa etu..

Reservations undali.. for people who really deserve.. and please.. it should not be just based on CASTE!!
