nenu 4 Cents Land/Plot purchase chadam ani anukutuna in Undavalli, Vijayawada.

Kindly suggest me Pros and cons this area if you guys have any idea.

pedha biscut....max unte 10 k untadi sq yrd(remember this is the max price)..so 1 cent should be around 5L...adi normal rate...i dont see a bargain here

Undavalli market mari antha takkuvu emi kadhu..Undavalli lo ekkada location chepthee can help more..Cent 7-8 manchi proce ..teesuko future lo perga avchu..

Undavalli is almost connected to Vijayawada especially the Town Center. Just one Barriage seperates 1-Town Vijayawada and Undavalli Center.

Now a days with even school children commuting 10-15 Kms, Undavalli is not far away from Vijayawada.

Lol... The barriage is the main issue... No heavy vehicle can travel through it... Why do you think all big ventures are being constructed in tadepalli and kunchanapalli areas... 15k is ofcourse high price...if u are planing to live there its reasonable and logical as it is nearer to city as u said..  Futurelo perugutadi ane hopetho konadam is like buying a lottery ticket thinking u will get lucky
