Apartment in Bengaluru -- Suggestions please

Bhayyas , 

                 I am planning  to buy an apartment in bengaluru . budget around 50 lakhs anukuntunna .. Naaku   peddaga idea ledhu and neither my parents .So can you suggest some areas where I can get a decent apartment for this price ?Also  which is  better Villa  or apartment?Eppudu  US lo vuntunna so future lo akkada settle avudamani plan ,also rent ki koddiga demand vunde place ayithe I can get some rent while I am here in US.Thanks Bhayyas.

Bengaluru golden days are over. Same with India IT industry too. I dont see property prices raising there.

Bhaya until unless you know the seller and super trusted don't buy in Bangalore namal petey valu chala mandi.. inaa Bangalore lo water problem chala macha better rethink

I was also doing some research vayya in Bangalore. Yesterday googled about Alpha gardens, KR Puram. Prices are reasonable.Check madi

Benguluru Forum Mall daggara 50 lakhs ki 4 years old Apts unnayi..

 Akkada rentlu vasthaledu ani... nenu offee turn down chesaa..

Evadi maata vinaku... dorukuthayi a rate ki
